


The gastronomy of the Hotel Bernat de So is based on a careful selection of local and local products, which reflect the essence and richness of the territory.
We offer organic eggs from Cal Carbonell de Llívia and artisan dairy products from the Llívia Cheese Factory, as well as a selection of sausages from Obach and Embotits Carlit, made following the Pyrenean tradition. Cadí cheeses bring the authentic flavour of the mountain, accompanied by artisanal jams from Bajande. Our offer is completed with the white wine DNEU and DGEL, grown and produced in Llívia, the mountain effervescent Col Rouge and a selection of unique liqueurs such as El Torb and El Bosc, which capture the aromas and character of the Pyrenees.
